Local developer moves forward on a new multifamily tower, complete with large units, attractive amenities and great views
A renowned Canadian real estate developer is creating an enduring new property in the heart of Vancouver’s historic Yaletown.
8X ON THE PARK, spearheaded by Brenhill Developments, will deliver an urban vertical community with 35 stories of sustainable living elevated over the city’s scenic Emery Barnes Park.
“It is both a complement and also something unique to the city, which I think we’re seeing more and more of in Vancouver. That is really exciting to us,” says Max Kerr, Executive Vice President for Brenhill Developments. “There’s a lot more statement architecture, and also individual expressions from these architects.”

Brenhill Developments broke ground on 8X ON THE PARK in mid-2017 and expects to complete the project by July 2020.
The tower boasts a striking, inventive design that accentuates the surrounding Yaletown skyline. The neighborhood, which borders downtown, the False Creek waterfront and the BC Place event centre, has been rapidly growing in recent years.
